One Stop Repairs Refund policy

This return policy is applicable to all products sold directly by One Stop Repairs and will not apply to any sales by third parties.

In order to maintain the strictest levels of hygiene, sales on One Stop Repairs are final sales and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. 

One Stop Repairs shall bear no responsibility for products lost or damaged during shipping or any delays caused due to the shipping companies and no refunds will be processed from our end.

Any queries related to an order received MUST be emailed or communicated within 3 days of receiving the order. We can offer to fix items damaged in the post.

Shipping costs for any items sent back to One Stop Repairs for damaged items or repairs will HAVE to be borne by the customer. At this moment we do not offer free return postage.
